Welcome to **Your Bridge Coach**. By accessing our platform, purchasing a membership pass, or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

### 1. Membership Tiers & Access Terms
We offer structured access options designed to suit your learning pace:
* **Foundation Pass (£1.00):** A single, one-off payment of £1.00 granting permanent, non-expiring lifetime access to all Foundation course materials. This pass is non-recurring and will **never** automatically bill or convert into a subscription.
* **Monthly Full Access Subscription (£9.95/month):** Auto-recurring monthly subscription granting complete access to all current and future Bridge IQ guides, courses, and lessons. Automatically renews every 30 days until cancelled.
* **Annual Full Access Subscription (£79.00/year):** Auto-recurring annual subscription granting complete platform access. Automatically renews every 12 months until cancelled.
* **Lifetime Full Access Pass:** A single, one-off payment granting permanent online access to all courses and platform updates for the operational lifetime of the service.

### 2. Refund & Guarantee Policy
To keep our platform accessible, we offer the **£1 Foundation Pass** as an evaluation guarantee. This allows you to explore our teaching methodology, lesson structure, and interactive hand breakdowns at minimal cost before committing to a full subscription.
* **Digital Delivery Notice:** Access to our digital course materials is granted immediately upon payment completion.
* **No Post-Purchase Refunds:** Because digital content access is delivered instantly and full evaluation access is provided via the £1 Foundation Pass, all payments (£1 Foundation Pass, Monthly Subscriptions, Annual Subscriptions, and Lifetime Passes) are **final and non-refundable**.

### 3. Cancellation & Self-Service Exit Rights
You remain in complete control of your billing. You may manage or cancel an auto-recurring subscription (Monthly or Annual) at any time through our frictionless 1-click dashboard:
1. Log into your account and navigate to **Membership & Billing** (`/membership-account/`).
2. Click **Cancel Subscription**.
**Effect of Cancellation:**
When you cancel a recurring subscription, automatic billing stops immediately. You retain full access to your subscription content until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.

### 4. Account Rules & Intellectual Property
* **Personal Use:** Your login credentials and course access are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. Account sharing or distributing paid course materials, hand diagrams, or Bridge IQ guides is prohibited.
* **Service Modifications:** We reserve the right to update, refine, or expand course materials, bidding systems, and platform features to ensure maximum instructional accuracy.
